Terms and Conditions

  1. WordPress Training is a Division of Creative Ground International ABN 62717242630
  2. All prices include GST (Australian Taxes) if you are located in Australia.
  3. You need an account for most activities on our Platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect someone else is using your account, let us know by contacting us. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use WordPress Training.
  4. We offer our clients annual WordPress Training subscriptions. We do not offer refunds to clients of any reason whatsoever, unless agreed in writing with management.
  5. When you enrol in our online training program, you will have access to the entire online training material, all current and new, for the duration of your subscription period. The online training program files do not transfer ownership upon purchase of a subscription, the subscription is allowing for access online.
  6. You agree to pay the fees for the online subscription annually and you authorise us to charged your debit or credit card annually for automatic renewal.
  7. The Customer has no right to withhold payment or make set offs or deductions from any payment due by it for any reason whatsoever. No extension of payment of any nature will be granted unless reduced to writing and signed by the Customer and a duly authorised representative of WordPress Training.
  8. WordPress Training shall have the right to suspend services if any amount due by the Customer is unpaid.
  9. The Domain name, website design, graphic design files and any other service we offer, will remain the property of WordPress Training until payment is received for the entire contract or any outstanding monies on the account.
  10. Once the Customer accepts a signed quotation by way of signature, a formal Contract is formed between WordPress Training and the Customer. This acceptance must occur within 30 days of receipt of such quotation.
  11. WordPress Training reserves the right in its sole discretion to vary or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and any such amended or varied terms and conditions shall be binding on the Customer from the time that the Customer is notified thereof.
  12. The responsibility for the observance of applicable copyright laws shall be the Customers solely.
  13. The responsibility for the observance of any laws relating to confidentiality shall be that of the Customer solely.
  14. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WordPress Training from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorney’s fees and costs.
  15. The suspension of any account by the Customer for any reason, shall entitle WordPress Training to payment in full for the amount specified in the Contract.
  16. Failure by the Customer to provide information to WordPress Training within 30 days of being requested to do so will entitle WordPress Training to terminate this Contract and thereupon require payment in full of all monies then remaining unpaid under the Contract.
  17. We take every precaution to protect our Customers websites and their data, but cannot be held liable for any hacks / theft / loss of data / materials and any other information and WordPress Training is hereby indemnified by the Customer absolutely in this regard.
  18. It may happen that our platform is down, either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the website. It may also happen that we encounter security issues. These are just examples. You accept that you will not have any recourse against us in any of these types of cases where things don’t work out right. In legal, more complete language, the Services and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We (and our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents) make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Services or their content, and expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We (and our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents) make no warranty that you will obtain specific results from use of the Services. Your use of the Services (including any content) is entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. We may decide to cease making available certain features of the Services at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will WordPress Training or its affiliates, suppliers, partners or agents be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability of such features.We are not responsible for delay or failure of our performance of any of the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.
